Description
Lester Stevens born Rockport Massachusetts. Trained with Edmund Tarbull. Helped establish the Rockport Art Association with Aldro Hibbard and Harry Vincent. He taught art at Princeton and Boston University and won more awards and prizes for his work than any other living American artist in New England. Rockport or Gloucester Ocean scene with a fabulous hand carved and gilded frame.
