George III Red Japanned Tall Case Clock. Red japanned tall clock with works by William Kipling. London maker from the 18th century. 8-day movement with restorations to the painted decoration.Typical form with arched bonnet and glazed door enclosing brass works. Waisted case with door and plinth base. Includes pendulum, weights, key. Wear consistent with age and use. Good retail condition with restoration to the painted decoration. Works cleaned and in good running condition.
