Jean- Edouart Dargent known as Yann Dargent in later life, born in Saint Servais, France in 1824 and died in 1899. Painted mainly in Brittany. Purchased from Galerie D’Orsay at the Palm Beach International Antique Show by Michael Kittredge founder of Yankee Candle Co.
